CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, the following policies apply: • Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 30% charge of the service total. • If rescheduling, the 30% fee will be applied as a deposit toward your new appointment.
